We are so confident you’ll love our products we have no minimum order restriction. So, if you are wanting to sample our products before committing to a large order or you just need one box, that’s fine by us.

Hassle-Free Returns
It's important to us that you're happy with your Caterbox purchase. If you're not totally satisfied or you change your mind you can return items. You must inform us that you wish to cancel within seven working days from the receipt of your order quoting the original order number. We will give you a full refund for products that are returned in unused and re-saleable condition.
You can return any product that has not been customised or custom made. Unless faulty, we may refuse the return or offer a credit note if the returns criteria are not fully met. See our full returns policy
Once your item(s) is/are returned, the agreed refund will be processed, usually within 7 working days.
