Delivery, UK wide delivery including Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, The Channel Islands, Isle of Wight & Isle of Man.

International, We are now accepting online orders for shipping to to France, Ireland, Luxembourg, Belgium and the Netherlands!

For international delivery if your country is not one we currently accept online orders from, email us your requirements, including the product SKU codes, quantities and delivery address along with your contact details, and we will be back in touch with a quote.

Tracking, to view the status of your order, simply login to your account where you will see the current status of your order.

Cancellation, to cancel your order contact customer services immediately we will do our utmost to accommodate your request. We're a fast-moving business so once your order is placed it is usually processed within hours.

Returns, we hope you will love everything you order from Caterbox, but you have 30 days to return anything you don't want to keep (excluding custom made & branded products). You don't need to contact us for a returns number. Simply repack the item carefully and send it back to us, including your order number and reason for return.

We recommend you retain proof of postage and use a trackable delivery service for returns. If the goods don't arrive back with us or are not in a sellable condition, we will be unable to give you a refund. Refunds are made promptly using your original payment method.
